Content Carnivores Privacy Policy

At Content Carnivores, LLC, and the people and products that make our company, we take your privacy as our utmost priority.

Currently, our platform is operated solely by management and employees of Content Carnivores; and select clients who have limited access to approval features on the platform.  As such the only data collected for any user is their login history, the actions taken on the site (for example, approval of a post, creation of a post, sharing of a post, editing of a post.) This information is relevant to the activity of the business and does not involve personal information regarding any user. Any client of our Services posts content to social networks using our Services, and that content is public by default and can include other content like photos, videos, and links to other websites..

Information Collection and Use

Basic Account Information: When you create or reconfigure an account, you login thru a 3rd party social network that you have already signed up to use. We do not collect or store information beyond what the social networks you belong to collect and store.

When you use Twitter to sign up for or login to a third-party application, such as any of the Carnivores products, you are directing Twitter to share your account information in order for that product to work for you. This includes profile information that is public on the social network’s Services, such as a short biography, your location, your website, or a picture. If you connect your account on our Services to your account on another service in order to cross-post between our Services and that service, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service and other information that you authorize. This information enables cross-posting, helps us improve the Services, and is deleted from our Services within a few weeks of your disconnecting from our Services your account on the other service. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Our Services are primarily designed to help you share information with the world. Most of the information you provide us through the Services is information you are asking us to make public. Your public information includes the messages you send; the metadata provided with messages. We may use this information to make inferences, like what topics you may be interested in, and to customize the content we show you. The Services disseminate your public information to a wide range of users, customers, and services. When you share information or content like photos, videos, and links via the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public.

In the future, we may also determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services, such as messaging with your location, and to improve and customize the Services, for example, with more relevant content like local trends, stories, ads, and suggestions for people to follow. If and when such practices are adopted this policy will be updated.

Carnivores may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services,, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
When you use our Services, we may receive information via Google Analytics  (“Log Data”) such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms; we don’t currently collect or store cookie information.

Carnivores uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, and to help us understand and improve the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address. We do not receive this information from these 3rd party services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure. We do not disclose your company or personal information or your activity on our platform or services.

User Consent or Direction: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your account. Other users may share or disclose information about you, such as when they mention you, share a photo of you, or tag you in a photo. You control your  privacy settings on these 3rd Party services, for example, to control who can tag you in a photo. If you’ve shared information, like direct messages or notifications, with another user who accesses the Services through a third-party service, keep in mind that the information may be shared with the third-party service.

We do not currently collect payments thru our platform.

If and when we do the following may apply and if and when that practice is activated this policy will be updated. Sellers of Goods and Services: If you buy goods or services through our Services, we may provide the seller, commerce provider or marketplace with your name, email address, shipping address, Payment Information and Transaction Data to facilitate payment processing, order fulfilment and dispute resolution (including payment and shipping disputes) and to help prevent, detect and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities. Please refer to these third parties’ privacy policies for information about their privacy practices.
Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Carnivore’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.
Business Transfers and Affiliates: In the event that Carnivores is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.

Carnivores  complies with the U.S.-E.U. and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. To learn more about the Safe Harbor program, please visit the U.S. Department of Commerce website.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Content Carnivores desktop or Mobile App (the “Service”) operated by Content Carnivores (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Purchases If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. Subscriptions Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual plan.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the approval and quality of such content. You retain full rights to any original content created using our service.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third­ party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
