The girl’s picture has been removed from Healthcare.gov. In fact, by now, the entire site has been taken down. Is it this girl’s fault? Of course not. But as a recent story in Analytic Bridge points out, a little pre-site analytics might have provided healthier outcomes for the site.

According to the story, the site problems are due to a “lack of analytic thinking, lack of A/B testing, lack of web marketing experience”. Read the original story from Analytic Bridge.

To that we would add: a lack of social media analytics.
